- 1919 : Transfer of the so Parisian R.PONS company to Fontaine (Aube).
- 1943 : Mr. René PONS dies. Mss Dary PONS continues the activity.
- 1954 : Equity investment of leading managers together with Mss Dary PONS.
- 1973 : Mr. Roger DUMEZ buys the company.
- 1979 : Buyback of BEAURAIN, a direct competitor.
- 2003 : Patrick and François DUMEZ take the succession of Roger DUMEZ.
